A lover of movement, Faye Stevenson has practiced and taught Pilates since the early 2000’s. Being in practice means constantly learning - in addition to engaging in regular continuing education. Faye is fully certified in the MELT method and Myofascial Magic in Action, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

Becky and I are joining together her experience teaching several forms of yoga and my sound bath instruments into a series of Yoga Sound Bath Classes.
